For the second year in a row, IE University hosted the Top Performers Program in New York City, consolidating this initiative as one of the most exclusive and impactful experiences for our students.
Over the course of one week in the global capital of finance and business, a select group of outstanding students gained privileged access to some of the most influential companies and professionals shaping today’s industries.
A high-impact agenda
The program featured strategic meetings and roundtables with top firms including Goldman Sachs, EY, Google, Uber, BlackRock, and other leading players in finance, technology, consulting, and innovation.
Students also visited the IE New York College (IENYC), reinforcing IE University’s international presence and commitment to a globally connected education.
Networking and career opportunities
Beyond academic and professional insights, participants benefited from unique high-level networking opportunities and priority access to the J-1 visa program through the Spain-U.S. Chamber of Commerce—opening the door to internships and career development opportunities in the United States. IE University is proud of a strong relationship with the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), with active initiatives to develop joint programs, student projects and field experiences at ICC’s global headquarters in Paris.
Feedback from students was exceptional. “This experience gave me firsthand exposure to how major corporations operate in the U.S. and helped me clarify the direction I want to take in my career,” shared one participant.
