Tess is an account manager for large customers at Google in New York. At IE University, she enjoyed how professors brought their professional experience into the classroom.
Tess’s work involves helping her clients improve their branding, chiefly with regard to Youtube and Display Advertising. But at heart, she sees herself as an entrepreneur, eager to use her skills to produce creative new ideas at Google. She believes IE University helped her in this, giving her the soft skills she was looking for—such as teamwork and presenting to groups of people. She also credits IE University with teaching her to think big, giving her the entrepreneurial mindset to believe she can do anything. For Tess, success is about achieving goals, whether personal or professional, something she sets and monitors throughout the year.
