Jorge Schnura and Munya Gwisai are two BBA alumni who chose to follow their business ideas and become tech entrepreneurs after graduating from IE University. Both of their companies—source{d} and Pich, respectively—are excelling in the remarkably competitive landscape of digital technology solution providers, and working for important global companies and organizations. We sat down with Jorge and Munya to learn more about their start-ups and discuss entrepreneurship.

Jorge Schnura

During his interview, Jorge explained that he sees entrepreneurship as a journey of ups and downs—that some days you’re doing great and other days it seems hopeless—but that the important thing is to stay motivated. Jorge believes that entrepreneurship isn’t just about ideas, but about executing those ideas consistently and correctly. Watch Jorge’s interview and learn more about his company and his outlook!

“Entrepreneurship is a journey of ups and downs. You must stay motivated.” – Jorge Schnura, Co-founder at Source{d}

Munya Gwisai

On the other hand, for Munya, entrepreneurship is about finding a problem and identifying its solution. When asked to sum up his entire entrepreneurship experience in one word, he said perseverance. He went on to explain that you’re going to be told “no” a lot along the way, but you need to persevere to achieve your goals. Don’t miss what Munya has to say about his company and entrepreneurship!

“I would summarize entrepreneurship as perseverance; the biggest challenge is to stay focused on your idea.” – Munya Gwisai, Co-founder at Pich

Both Jorge and Munya’s experiences are great examples of success in the tech entrepreneurship arena. If you’re looking for an innovative and international program that will help you develop the business and management skills you need to successfully start your own company, the BBA at IE University has been designed to do just that. The program trains the next generation of young entrepreneurs and professionals that will lead future international companies and organizations.
