Eric’s global mindset helped him find his role in Equity Capital Markets at Morgan Stanley in New York. Eric believes speaking multiple languages and being culturally aware are important to finding a global career—all skills he honed at IE University. But he specifically credits the university with helping him create the mindset to find opportunities and internships, encouraging him to prepare his CV from day one. With such a fast-paced job involving capital increases chiefly in Latin America, Eric doesn’t have too much free time. But when he does have some time to himself, he gets involved in many different activities with friends, whether golf, poker, or the gym.
